3. Vaccination records

Photo or PDF of each record, up to 10MB. For tandem sessions, one file may include both dogs' records. Uploads are stored privately and only seen by us.

4. Service agreement & waiver

I confirm each dog booked is healthy enough for light-to-moderate exercise and I have disclosed any injury, illness or behavioural issue.

I confirm the vaccination records I upload (rabies, bordetella, DHPP) are current and accurate.

I understand slatmill conditioning carries inherent risk. The non-electric belt is powered by my dog, and DogGone Walks will stop any session if either dog shows distress.

I authorise DogGone Walks to seek emergency veterinary care at my expense if my dog is injured or falls ill during a visit.

I release DogGone Walks from liability for injury or loss except where caused by its own negligence or misconduct.

I agree to the cancellation terms: free rescheduling up to 12 hours before a session, and I will contact DogGone Walks about unused package sessions.

Payment is collected through Square once we confirm your slot — we never handle your card details.

Before the van pulls up

Preparing for your session

A few quick steps to make sure your pup has a safe, comfortable, and energetic run:

01

Bring favorites

Have your dog's favorite toy or high-value treats on hand for positive reinforcement and motivation.

02

Timing meals

No food or water 1–2 hours prior to the session to avoid an upset stomach during exercise.

03

Vet clearance

Ensure your vet has cleared your dog for regular physical activity.

04

Vaccinations

Confirm your dog's Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP records are up to date and uploaded.

05

Nail check

Keep nails comfortably trimmed to prevent slipping or injury on the slats.

06

Potty break

Let your dog out for a quick potty break 5–10 minutes before the van arrives.

07

Leash & harness

Have your dog leashed and wearing a standard harness — we also carry clean, sanitized, veterinary-grade harnesses if needed.
